How
often should I workout?
Each person and each muscle group may require different
recovery periods in order to assure maximum growth.
As a rule of thumb, however, novices and those with
weak muscles will require 2-3 days between workouts,
while advanced students typically need 5-7 days.
Normally, we recommend that students start our program
with two workouts per week. This will accelerate
progress through the initial learning period, where
the student is learning to concentrate, breath properly,
and implement good form while the instructor determines
the appropriate resistance settings for each exercise.
After 4-8 weeks, most students will be advised to
reduce workout frequency to one per week for best
results.
