What
is the duration of a typical workout session?
About 20 minutes.
Each session is a full-body workout consisting of
5-8 exercises to address all major muscle groups.
At an average of 20 seconds per repetition
and 4-6 repetitions per exercise, the total exercise
time
is approximately
12-16 minutes. Add to that the time it takes to
move between exercises, and the total workout time
is between 20-25 minutes in duration.
Your instructor will
schedule 30 minutes for your workout. This will allow
a few extra minutes for your instructor to configure
the seat positions and resistance settings, discuss
your progress chart, schedule new appointments, accept
payment, etc.
In consideration of client schedules, sessions
will not be allowed to run overtime so you should
be present and ready to workout at your scheduled
time. If you are late, your instructor may have to
abbreviate your workout in order to finish on time.
